Speech #6
At the Gathering
The more time passes, especially since the end of the 44-day treacherous war, the more evident becomes all the dangers facing our nation, fatherland, and state. First and foremost, the issues related to our external security are glaringly obvious, growing more complex with each passing year, with no apparent solutions in sight. These external challenges have always existed and will continue to exist, but they would not pose such a grave threat to us if we did not have alarming internal problems. The primary internal issue, of course, is the division within our people. The more fragmented our society and population become, the more likely it is that our fatherland will be torn apart and ravaged by our external enemies. If we wish to prevent this fragmentation, which would lead to the elimination of our independence and the ultimate destruction of our statehood, we must first and foremost address the problems within the borders of our fatherland. This is the only way to neutralize our external threats, as the external world is merely a reflection of our internal one.
This division in our time, as we know, did not begin after the 44-day treacherous war but, regrettably, from 1991, from the very first day of restoring our independence. This newly established republic was built on entirely flawed foundations, which prevented us from creating a truly independent Armenian state, leaving us in this semi-independent, semi-colonial state. In reality, we do not live in a truly independent Armenia but in a post-Soviet Armenia. The foundations were flawed because, instead of declaring ourselves the successor to the First Republic of Armenia and fully integrating Artsakh into Armenia, we created an artificial Third Republic and established an artificial Republic of Artsakh. All of this, of course, was not only desired by the Kremlin but was carried out at its direct order and intervention.
The foundations were also flawed in the sense that we, like all other Aryan nations, were forced to adopt this liberal democracy and all the anti-national values that came with it. The democratic system is, in reality, mob rule or, more accurately, a democratic dictatorship, as the fate of the nation is placed in the hands of the broad masses who lack the ability to think independently. These masses are unconsciously controlled by the media bosses, who are also criminal oligarchs and mega-capitalists.
And so, year after year, the bitter fruits of these rotten seeds began to grow. Corruption, inherited from the Soviet system, became widespread. Numerous anti-national political parties with grandiose names but no real value began to emerge, as did various organizations promoting perversion and sects brainwashing our compatriots, all of which continue to be funded and supported by various agency networks and oligarchs. Together, these forces began to divide our nation, pushing this division to its peak, especially during the 44-day treacherous war, when our army was betrayed, and all of Artsakh was treacherously handed over to the enemy. These parties, of course, include both those aligned with the government and the so-called opposition, between which there is as much difference as there is between the essence of a rat and a hyena.
Even more absurd is that meaningless and irrelevant disputes arise even among these “opposition” groups. A few weeks after the war ended, we saw how various political factions in Armenia’s “opposition” field frequently accused each other of collaborating with the current government. They paused for a moment, but it seems they have started again, as elections are approaching next year. They have also begun accusing each other of who helped Pashinyan come to power during the so-called “Velvet Revolution” of 2018.
They bring up all sorts of accusations and arguments to convince others of who was more opposed or supportive at the time. Extra-parliamentary, so-called “pro-Western” forces have also been embroiled in these disputes. However, the reality is that all these forces, in their own ways, supported and facilitated the 2018 power change, as they all received their instructions primarily from the North—meaning, of course, the Kremlin—even those who consider themselves pro-Western, most of whom, in my opinion, are disguised Russian agents. That said, this does not mean the events of 2018 were not also beneficial to the West, as no Western state condemned the circus unfolding in Armenia. History has often seen moments when the interests of Russia and the West align, and this can be considered one such example.
These various political forces point fingers at each other, hurl insults, and always disagree on superficial, fleeting issues, but on critical and highly important matters, they seem to be in unanimous agreement—such as upholding the infamous November 9 agreement, promoting the ideology of surrender, and continuing a defeatist policy. They all seek the salvation of the Armenian nation outside our borders, not by looking for allies but for sponsors who will supposedly come and protect our lands for us. None of them try to first restore the fighting spirit within us and make the Armenian nation a force to be reckoned with again, because without this, acquiring real allies is impossible, and searching for real allies is a waste of precious time. No country, no matter how pro-Armenian they are or how aligned their interests are with ours, will not help us or even be able to help us if we do not first want to help ourselves.
These parties, which lead our nation astray, have created the illusion of disagreement and, by falsely fighting each other, put on a show for us all. This phenomenon is not unique to Armenia; it is widespread in Europe, America, and all other democratic countries, where, for example, liberals and conservatives also fight over superficial issues but are always in agreement on the most critical matters. They simply do not have the right to voice these critical issues, which could bring significant and positive changes to their countries. Those who do raise these issues are either completely ignored or misrepresented by the media. This may prove that the same anti-national system operates across the entire civilized world, where true nationalists are suppressed to allow the nation-destroying agenda of Zionism’s “New World Order” to proceed without obstacles.
I have briefly outlined what is happening in other important countries to provide a better understanding, as without this, it is difficult to comprehend what is happening in our country and how the various political forces in Armenia operate, who serve the same master under different masks. It is time to wake up and tear down this illusion, realizing that, at their core, all the aforementioned forces collaborate to some extent, regardless of how much they superficially hate each other. This collaboration is destructive to Armenia’s independent statehood, whether they realize it or not.
We often hear that if we must choose between two evils, it is better to choose the “lesser evil,” believing it to be a more logical and sensible decision. A significant portion of people think this is the only realistic solution, but it is actually a trap that many of our compatriots fall into. Many years ago, I too fell into this trap, but I later realized that the “lesser evils” pose a greater danger than the “greater evil” because the “greater evil” is primarily chosen by the ignorant, the foolish, and the perverse, while the “lesser evils” are chosen by fairly intelligent and honorable people who are simply deceived out of frustration. And this is the crux of the problem: these “lesser evils” give false hope and divert the good portion of the people, preventing them from joining a truly patriotic and honest leader and movement that genuinely wants and is capable of lifting their fatherland to its feet.
In short, these “lesser evils” or false opposition figures are deceivers who are actually more dangerous and harmful than the “main evils” because, beyond diverting, confusing, and misleading the good portion of the people, they also cause deep disappointment and apathy when their deceit is exposed. Disappointment and apathy are among the most destructive phenomena for a nation, as we now see in our case. In fact, it is from such feelings that division begins to emerge.
However, we do not wish to be part of the shameful chaos unfolding in our country, contributing to the division of our nation. When I returned from the war and saw the division in our society, my most important goal was to do something to correct this chaotic situation, to turn the chaos in our country into order and discipline. We want to heal the damage caused by the aforementioned forces as much as we can. We want to become the change we wish to see in our fatherland. We want to be part of a united Armenia, and for this reason, we are part of our movement, “Hosank,” because our movement embodies the idea of a united Armenia. We are fully aware that individually, we are merely pitiful electrons, but together, we are a “Current.”
We see that all the internal factions dividing our nation no longer have the same strength they once did, as our compatriots are beginning to wake up and become aware. These factions are bringing our entire political system to a general collapse, and thus, they are doomed to destruction. This is entirely natural, as I have already said, everything was built on a flawed foundation from the start. Sooner or later, all lies will collapse under their own weight, and the truth will triumph once again. For this reason, we are confident that by carrying the truth and embodying true and pro-Armenian ideas through our movement, we will one day emerge victorious from this ruthless struggle and lead our nation toward a prosperous and glorious future.
Our enemies rejoice when they see a divided Armenian people, while simultaneously fearing a united Armenian nation the most. Their fear is not without reason, as history has proven countless times that the Armenian nation becomes invincible when it is united. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to eliminate the division within our nation from our fatherland by rallying around an Armenia-centered political force and leader.
However, if we cannot properly understand and analyze what is happening in our country, we will not be able to have a truthful, Armenian, and national stance in politics or wage a patriotic struggle in the right direction. Only with such a stance and an uncompromising, nation-serving struggle can we forge the independent, united, and powerful Armenia of our dreams.
