These days, as heated disputes and meaningless turmoil between the government and the church in Ohanavan aim to divide our nation and turn people against each other, we went to Ohanavan today, November 9, to the monument dedicated to those who fell in the 44-day war — to remind everyone that there are nationalist Armenians who have not forgotten the real and important struggle.

We went to pay our respects to all those who gave their lives for our Fatherland five years ago and became immortal. We also went to remind everyone that the blood they shed was not in vain. They are no longer with us, but we are determined to continue their fight. It is our responsibility and duty not only to keep their memory alive, but also to guide new and coming generations along the right path — for the sake of our future victorious army and a glorious state to come. Our enemies mark this day as a celebration, while we remember that this struggle is far from over…
