The nation cannot open a new page in its history as long as the crimes and betrayals of the past remain unpunished. Every unpunished injustice becomes the seed of future corruption and crime, and every betrayal that is forgiven without punishment is condemned to be repeated again and again. If a people truly wish to be reborn, they must first cleanse themselves.

Those who deceived, plundered, and betrayed the Fatherland, as well as the enemies who brutally slaughtered us, must be held accountable. This is not revenge; this is the call of justice. Justice is the foundation of moral order, and without moral order there can be no national rebirth.

Forgiveness without punishment is not a virtue, but cowardice and weakness disguised as hollow pacifism. In order to move forward, the nation must prove to itself and to the world that honor, truth, and justice are still its highest values.

Only after restoring justice will we be able, as a nation, to open a new page in our history — a page that will be written in golden letters by our unbreakable will and determined struggle.
