Why is the color of our national political movement’s uniform gray? There is a very simple answer to this question. It is gray because, upon the ashes of this rotten system heading toward self-destruction, we are going to establish an entirely new national state, naturally replacing this anti-Armenian and treacherous system at the historically right moment. We are not involved in politics to participate in fraudulent elections, occupy seats in a corrupt National Assembly, and legitimize this anti-national neo-Bolshevik system. We are involved in politics to lay the groundwork for a future Armenian national revolution. We entered politics so that, in this 21st century, we can show the entire world the rise of a new wave of Armenian nationalism.

From this very moment, we are sowing the seeds of a future independent, united, and Greater Armenia—an Armenia that, we are certain, will come, just as we are certain that tomorrow the sun will rise again after today’s sunset. We are engaged in politics with our modest and limited resources because we fully understand that if we do not sow these seeds today, no one else will. This is our duty, one from which we cannot escape, because the salvation of our independent statehood depends upon it.

In our vision of the future, there is no defeated, miserable, humiliated, beggarly, colonized Armenia ruled by traitors. In our vision, there is only a Tseghakron Armenia—an Armenia standing on its feet, victorious, liberated, glorious, full of faith, strong in will, and guided by national ideals.

Gray is also the color of the thunder, and, as we have said, we will become the lightning of the coming storm, showing our nation the only true path toward unity and strength. We will close the page of the last thousand years of our history, filled with defeats and betrayals, and through our uncompromising struggle, we will open an entirely new page, because this is the sacred historical mission given to us by the Creator. We will not only fulfill the dream of our heroic ancestors, but surpass it—for the sake of our future generations, who will inherit the fruits of our hard work.
