It is already obvious to everyone that after the fraudulent elections, this treacherous government will initiate a referendum to amend the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, in order to remove the provision that refers to the Declaration of Independence. The anti-Armenian Kemalist deputies want to do this in order to satisfy the demands of the Baku tyrant, no matter how deceitfully they claim that it supposedly serves Armenia’s interests and is being done for “peace.”

A Constitution without the Declaration of Independence becomes a meaningless and devalued document, because the Declaration of Independence is the foundation of our Constitution. Therefore, the enemy, before physically depriving us of independence, is trying to strip us of its legal foundations, and they want to do this in Armenia by using traitors, so that we ourselves renounce our independence—effectively committing suicide. It is similar to a situation where someone wants to take your house, but first convinces you to voluntarily give up your property deed. The terrorist state of Azerbaijan is determined to eliminate our independent statehood by establishing its dominance over Armenia, and the removal of the Declaration of Independence is one of the necessary steps toward achieving that goal.

All of this, of course, is also being carried out with the full support of the Kremlin and the fake opposition is protecting the supreme clownish traitor, as it has done over the past eight years. You can have no doubt about this, because, as I have said many times, they together form a four-headed party of defeatism and submission.

If we want to fight against the constitutional change—or more precisely, the desecration—then we must fight against this entire neo-Bolshevik political system, which is conspiratorially advancing the agenda of our enemies.
