Do you think if these heroes, instead of being martyred...

Do you think if these heroes, instead of being martyred on the battlefield or being treacherously assassinated, had governed our state after the victory of the Artsakh Liberation War, would they have cast doubt on our victory? Would they have left Artsakh separated from Armenia? Would they have gone for compromises? Said that we should have “stopped” (in reality, surrendered) the war early if Azerbaijan attacked? Would they have begged for Russian mediation, led us into disgraceful defeat, closed the chapter of the Artsakh Movement, fulfilled the demands of the tyrant of Baku, or spoken of “peace” at a time when we are humiliated while the enemy is endlessly arming itself?

Of course, I believe you all know very well that they would have done the exact opposite. They would have conducted politics with the same victorious mindset by which they crushed the enemy’s forces and liberated our lands. They would have pursued a truly pro-Armenian strategy and diplomacy, fundamentally opposed to the treacherous and defeatist policies of the “former” and the “current” neo-Bolsheviks. They would have done everything to ensure that we could reap the fruits of a victory born of sacrifice and bitter struggle, and live vigilant and in peace—keeping the artificial, terrorist state of Azerbaijan permanently on its knees, or erased entirely from the map.

One Nation, One State, One Will

Glory to Armenia and to Victory!
